Using this site and hiring us

These terms cover using launchneat.com and hiring LaunchNeat for a multi-page custom website. They’re written in plain language. Questions? Email hello@launchneat.com.

The offer

LaunchNeat builds a multi-page custom website for local businesses. Year one is $99 and includes the build, domain setup, and a year of care. After that, renewals are $50 a year and keep the same site live with the same tight care scope.

Sending a form or booking a call on this marketing site is an inquiry, not a binding purchase. Nothing is owed until we confirm the work with you and you agree to pay.

What “care” means

Care is limited. It covers keeping the site up and making small text and image updates that are in scope. It is not unlimited redesigns, new feature builds, or a retainer for whatever comes up. Bigger changes can be quoted separately.

Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• Give us accurate business information
• Own — or have the right to use — the photos, copy, logos, and other materials you send us
• Respond in a reasonable time when we need something to finish the site

Who owns what

The content you provide — your words, photos, logo, and business details — stays yours.

After you pay for year one, you can use the finished site for your business. LaunchNeat keeps rights to its process, tools, and the general way we build sites. We may use similar structure or techniques for other customers. We don’t claim your brand, photos, or copy, and your site is a custom build — not a stock brochure we resell as your brand.

Payment

We don’t take payment through the marketing-site form. When we agree to work together, we’ll tell you how and when to pay. Year one is $99. Renewals are $50 per year and are billed when the next year starts so the site and domain can stay live. If a renewal isn’t paid, the site may go offline and the domain may not be renewed.

Limits on our responsibility

LaunchNeat is a small service business. We work carefully, but we don’t promise specific search rankings, sales results, or uninterrupted service from third parties (domain registrars, hosting, or email tools).

To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the then-current year. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages — lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — except where the law says we can’t limit that. The site and this marketing page are provided as-is.

Ending the relationship

You can stop at any time by not renewing, or by emailing hello@launchneat.com to cancel. If you cancel mid-year, we generally don’t refund the current year’s fee after work has started or the site is live, unless we agree otherwise. We can also stop the service if payment isn’t received or if we can’t reasonably continue — we’ll tell you if that happens.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If we ever have a dispute we can’t work out by email, Illinois courts are the venue.
