Twenty-eight rooms. One courtyard. A lobby that is for sitting.
The Sable is a small hotel in a limestone corner building. Breakfast is in the dining room until 11. The courtyard maple is the only thing we water more than the guests.

Croissant, stone fruit, a small espresso. We do not do a buffet. If you sleep in, we keep a plate.
