Questions we hear a lot
Do you handle permits?
Yes. Drawings, submission, inspections, and close-out are part of every contract. You never have to stand in line at the permit desk.
How do payments work?
A deposit at signing, then milestone payments tied to work you can see: rough-in, drywall, cabinets, final. Never more than the work completed.
Can we live in the house during the work?
Usually. We seal off the work zone, set up a temporary kitchen for kitchen jobs, and clean up every evening.
