About

Grandma’s kolaczki, French technique.

Baker Nina Kowalczyk trained in Lyon and came home to open the bakery she wished had existed when she was a kid.

We use regional flour and cultured butter, and we bake in small batches. When it’s gone, it’s gone.

“I drive twenty minutes every Saturday. Worth the line.”
Tom H.
“The kolaczki taste like my babcia’s. I got a little emotional.”
Ania P.
